Eardrum Education is an educational resource for consumers and clinicians alike. Based purely on evidence from the clinical setting and many years of developing relationships with hearing impaired individuals, we aim to impart helpful and insightful industry specific knowledge to the hearing healthcare  sector.

Eardrum Education together with Savvy Audiology are driven by the desire to educate both young and old, in all aspects of hearing healthcare.  Positive outcomes are much more likely for not only the hearing impaired person but also for his or her support network.  If one takes a moment to consider who might be involved in optimising health outcomes for hearing impaired individuals, the support chain can have multiple links.

Person centred care supports independence, empowerment, respect, dignity and engagement in decision making.  To succeed in each of these dimensions requires proper instruction, education and most importantly excellent rapport building skills to gain trust and respect.  Audiology is not about selling hearing aids.  Audiology is about real people.
